What is it? An intense 45 minute allrounder, a mixture of cardio, bodyweight movements and strength exercises, combined into one functional class. Hustle will stress your muscular endurance and fortitude with different equipment and exercises to put the ‘Fun’ into Functional.

Strength Training
What is it? This class is to fortify body and mind with strength training. Everyone needs some form of strength training to build muscle, strengthen bones, enhance metabolism and increase your ability to perform day to day tasks at your best.
Who is it for? Everyone! Get your endorphin rush a different way. Strength training has been shown to be beneficial for everyone from all walks of life.
